Anyways ever since I messed with Verizon internet is when my husband started having issues with his phone connecting to the extender. Verizon has sent me 2 new ones, doesn't work. The extender are powered on and are active. I have been on the phone for hrs and hrs daily with numerous customer service and tech support and no one can figure it out.I turned off wifi and turned it back on. Still didn't connect. I used my laptop and went to the Verizon support page and selected the network extender under my devices. You can now add or delete phone numbers allowed to connect to the network extender.
