I prefer stocks under $20/share because I can afford to buy more shares. If a stock is a leading gapper but it’s priced at $200/share, I probably won’t trade it. Similarly, if a stock is priced at 20 or 30 cents, I’ll probably leave it alone as well. I typically find the sweet spot is between $2-8 per share.Penny Stocks Watch List.
