It’s absolutely valid to worry about what Altria’s release means for the game going forward, but I think it’s a little too early to panic. All-in-all, Altria is ludicrously powerful. At level 10, this skill gives a 31% attack boost for 3 out of every 5 turns. That’s really good, and it makes leveling this skill a high priority if you plan on relying on Herc long-term. The debuff resist is, as usual, a fairly forgettable bonus. Mind’s Eye is as good as ever.
