Graduation Event for the Education Centre
On June 25th we had a graduation party at ROOF’s Education Centre. We enjoyed many pleasant memorable moments – congratulations and presents for the students, diplomas for the graduates, kind words and thanks for the teachers, words of gratitude for ROOF’s friends and sponsors.
The most memorable event of the party was a student performance on the play “Cinderella” by Evgeny Shvarts. The performance was very well prepared, our students made wonderful decorations, chose a lively and modern music. The play was very outstanding, interesting and funny. It is obvious that with each new performance the mastership of our students improves greatly, they start playing better and better.
We are grateful to ZAO «Media City» for wonderful costumes that made our students’ performance very outstanding and memorable. We are grateful to Ksenia Kuznetsova, Ulyana Shilkina, Anya Lukyanova and Rena Yusibova for their help during the preparation of the play. Many thanks to all our students who prepared this great performance.

Our friends from Deloitte continue to renovate ROOF's EC classrooms
The renewal of ROOF’s EC classrooms by the Deloitte employees has already become a tradition. On June, 17th our friends from Deloitte together with ROOF’s EC students started to renovate another classroom, and finished its renewal only on June, 23rd.
The whole week the volunteers from Deloitte, ROOF’s friends, students and teachers worked hard, so that we could start a new academic year in a new classroom.
Many thanks to our friends from Deloitte Yulia Kopysova, Natalia Volkova, Sophie Verschuur, Marius van Jaarsveld, Justin Clatworthy who have organized and carried out the renewal. We are grateful to Aslan Naskidaev and Vitalij Farafonov who didn’t forget us even when they do not work at Deloitte any more. Many thanks to our teachers’ and students’ friends Ivan Yurchenko and Sergey Tyurichev for their help in the renewal.
We are grateful to the students Sokolovsky Misha, Kartinsky Vitya, Chasovnikov Sasha, Chusov Sergey, Dorozhkin Maksim, Sychev Sergey, Gavrilov Sasha, Permyakov Vitaly, Kozlova Vika, Gerasimova Olya, Nikitaev Andrey who took part in the renewal and cleaning the classrooms. The very special thanks to Senina Natasha, Makarov Denis, Lobov Vanya, Astakhova Katya, Akhmedova Ainur, Lenkova Lyuba, Mironov Maksim, Bykonya Polina, Kupriyanov Kolya who took the most active part in the renewal and cleaning.
ROOF's EC students attend a health lecture about smoking
On June 22nd ROOF’s Education Centre students listened to the lecture about harm from smoking of the School for those who wants to stop smoking of Sverdlovski regional centre of medical prevention.
The lecture helped our students to realize that giving up such a bad habit as smoking will prevent them from wasting their time and money, from causing harm to themselves and their relatives and will let them be healthy, attractive and fashionable.
Many thanks to Andriyanova Olga Viktorovna, the Deputy Director of Sverdlovski regional centre of medical prevention, the Head of the School for those who wants to stop smoking for this interesting and useful lecture. We are grateful to the Pfizer company for the invitation to the lecture.
