ROOF volunteers
Studied Russian language for two years, planning to study linguistics. Love being around and working with dhildren.
I am currently working in France as an English language assistant as part of my year abroad. I study French and Russian in the university of Nottingham. I am also required to spend as much time as possible in Russia to improve my language skills which is why I am interested in this charity. I am a fun, caring and outgoing person who enjoys helping people.
I am one of the founders of ROOF and wrote the original "business plan" for the charity, a decision which ended up changing the course of my life, as year by year my family and I are drawn further into the lives of the children and young adults that our ROOF team seeks to serve. In ROOF's work I put my two very different educations (Economics & Theology) to practical use to change specific people's lives for the better.
